கிருத்துவ மத பிரச்சாரகர்கள் இந்தியாவில் ஊடுருவல்: “சுற்றுலா” என்ற பெயரில் விசாவை வாங்கிக் கொண்டு பல அமெரிக்கர்கள் இந்தியாவில் நுழைந்து வருகின்றனர். இதில் கிருத்துவ பிரச்சாரகர்கள் சுலபமாக வந்து, இந்திய சட்டதிட்டங்களை சிறிதும் மதியாமல், பலவித வேலைகளில் அக்கிரமமாக ஈடுபட்டு வந்துள்ளனர் / வருகின்றனர். மும்பை வெடிகுண்டு தாக்குதலில் கூட ஒரு அமெரிக்கப் பாதிரியார், தீவிரவாதிகளுக்குத் துணைப் போனதாக தெரிந்து, கைது செய்யப்படும் வேலையில், பெயர் கெட்டுவிடும் என்று, அமெரிக்க அவனை திரும்ப அழைத்துக் கொண்டது. முன்பு, ஓசூரில் டோரதி தம்பதியர் இதே மாதிரி அடாவடித்தனமான வேலைகளில் ஈடுபட்டு நாடு கடத்தப் பட்டனர்[1]. ஆனால், அவர்கள் ஏதோ புனிதர்கள் போலவும், அதிகாரமுள்ளவர்கள் போலவும், நேராக சோனியா மெய்னோவை சந்தித்து விட்டுச் சென்றது[2], பலருக்குத் தெரியாமல் இருந்தாலும், சோனியா கிருத்துவ சாருபுடையவர் என்று அப்பட்டமாகவே தெரிந்தது. சோனியா காந்தி கட்சி வென்றதும், கிருத்துவர்கள் வெளிப்படையாகவே, அவர் உள்ளாவரைக்கும் எங்களுக்கு எந்த பிரச்சினையும் இல்லை, எங்களை ஒன்று செய்து விட முடியாது என்ற ரீதியில் “பிரார்த்தனை” / “பிரார்த்தனை கூட்டங்கள்” நடத்தினர், ஜெபித்தனர், சுவரொட்டிகளையும் ஒட்டி பிரபலமாக்கினர். இந்த தைரியத்தில், பல கிருத்துவ பாஸ்டர்கள், பாதிரிகள் இந்தியாவில் “சுற்றுலா” விசாவில் வந்து பலவித செக்ஸ் குற்றங்களையும் செய்து ஓடிவிடுகின்றனர்.
கொச்சிக்கு வந்த அமெரிக்க கிருத்துவ மதப்பிரசாரகர்: கொச்சியில் 12-10-2011 (புதன்) அன்று “இசை சிதறல்” 2011 (Splash 2011′ ) ஒரு கிருத்துக் கூட்டத்தில் பேசவிருந்த வில்லியம் ஏ. லீ என்ற பாதிரி, விசா விதிகளை மீறிய குற்றத்திற்காக போலீஸார் தேடி வந்தனர். “நம்பிக்கை மூலம் நோய் தீர்க்கும் கடவுளின் சர்ச்” (Faith Healers Church of God) என்ற நிறுவனம் அந்த நிகழ்ச்சியை ஜவஹர்லால் நேரு ஸ்டேடியத்தில் ஏற்பாடு செய்திருந்தது[3]. அந்த கூட்டத்திற்கு வருகிறான் என்றறிந்து, பாலரிவட்டம் போலீஸார் அங்கு சென்று, அவனைப் பேசவிடாமல் தடுத்து அவன் தங்கியிருந்த ஹோட்டலுக்கு அழைத்துச் சென்றனர்[4]. அப்பொழுது போலீஸாருக்கு தான் முழு ஒத்துழைப்பு கொடுப்பேன் என்று வாகுறுதி கொடுத்தானாம். ஆனால், அங்கிருந்து அவன் திடீரென்று காணாமல் போய் விட்டான்[5].
பின்பக்கமாக தப்பி ஓடிய பாதிரி: ஆனால், உண்மையில், நடு ராத்திரிக்கு மேல் அதே இடத்தில் லீ பேசியுள்ளான். அதனை இரு போலீஸாரும் பார்த்துவிட்டார்களாம். பிறகு தான், பின்பக்கம் வழியாக அந்த பாதிரி தப்பி ஓடியுள்ளான்[6]. இதனால், எல்லா விமான நிலையங்களுக்கும் அவனைப்பற்றிய விவரங்கள் அனுப்பப் பட்டன. மத்திய அரசிற்கு தகவல் அனுப்பப்பட்டு, விதிகளை மீறிய அவனைப் பிடிக்க ஆவண செய்யுமாறு, அமெரிக்காவைக் கேட்டுபக் கொள்ளவும் வேண்டியுள்ளனர். அக்டோபர் 5 அன்று, பல-நுழைவு கடவுச் சீட்டுடன் வந்து, திரிச்சூரிலுள்ள குன்னம்குளம் என்ற இடத்தில் கிருத்துவப் பிரச்சார கூட்டத்தில் கலந்து கொண்டு பேசியுள்ளான். இதே மாதிரி, ஜூன் 13ல் மூன்று அமெரிக்க கிருத்துவ மதப் பிரச்சாரிகள் கடற்க்கரைப் பகுதியிலுள்ள ஆலப்புழா மாவட்டத்தில் நடந்த கூட்டங்களில் கலந்து கொண்டு பேசியுள்ளானர். இதற்கு உள்ளூர் பாதிரிகள் ஏற்பாடு செய்து, உதவியுள்ளானர்[7]. சென்ற தடவை, ரோன் கெனோலி (Ron Kenoly) என்ற பாதிரி வந்து “மிஸ்மோர்” என்ற கிருத்துவ இசை மதப்பிரச்சார நிகச்சியை திருவல்லா பதணம்திட்டா என்ற இடத்தில் நடத்திவிட்டுச் சென்றிருக்கிறான்[8]. கோடிக்கணக்கான பணம் கேரளாவில் மதமாற்றத்திற்காக வருகிறது.
சட்டத்தை வளைக்கும் அந்நிய சக்திகள்: “லீ மினிஸ்ட்ரி இன்டர்னேஷனல்” (Lee Ministry International[9]) என்ற மதப்பிரச்சார நிறுவனத்தை டென்னஸ் மாகாணத்தில் வைத்துக் கொண்டு, இந்த வேலையில் ஈடுபட்டு வருகிறார்[10]. இஅவர் ஒரு குழுவுடன் ஆறு மாதங்களுக்கு முன்பு, அதாவது மார்ச் 20, 2011 அன்று இந்தியாவிற்கு வந்துள்ளார்[11]. “சுற்றுலா” விசாவில் வருபவர்கள், மதப்பிரசாரம் செய்ய தடை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதை தெரிந்து கொண்டும் கிருத்துவர்கள் வேண்டுமென்றே, இப்படி சட்டத்தை மீறி செய்து வருகின்றனர். காரணம் நிச்சயம் சோனியா மெய்னோ உள்ளார் என்ற தைரியம் தான். இத்தகைய மனோபாவம், டோரதுஇ தம்பதியர் விசயத்தில் வெளிப்பட்டதை, மேலே சுட்டிக் காட்டப்பட்டது. ஏ. ஆர். அஜித்குமார், கொச்சியிலுள்ள போலீஸ் கமிஷனர், அவர் இந்தியாவில் பல இடங்களில், சட்டத்தை மீறி கூட்டங்களை நடத்தியுள்ளார் என்று கூறினார்[12]. கைது வாரண்ட் பிறப்பிக்கப் பட்டுள்ளது. அந்நியர் பதிவு சட்டம் பிரிவு 32 சியில் வழக்குப் பதிவு செயப்பட்டுள்ளது[13].
கேரளாவின் அமைதி குலையும் வண்ணம் மதம் மாற்றத்தில் ஈடுபட்டு வரும் அந்நிய சக்திகள்: கேரளாவில் இவ்வாறு அந்நிய பாதிரிகள் பிரச்சாரங்களை மேற்கொண்டு வருவது, மதமாற்றங்களில் ஈடுபடுவது முதலியவை சமூக நல்லிணக்கத்தை பாதித்து வருகிறது. இது கிருத்துவர்களுக்கும், “சங்கப் பரிவார்” என்று அழைக்கப் படும் இந்து அமைப்புகளுக்கும் இடையே பிரச்சினைய வளர்க்கிறது. முன்னர், ஒரு கிருத்துவ ஆசிரியர், முகமது நபியைப் பற்றி குறிப்பிட்டதால், முஸ்லீம்கள் அவரது கையை வெட்டியுள்ளனர். கேரளாவில் இந்துக்கள் குறைவாக இருப்பதினாலும், மற்ற இரு மதத்தினர் கிருத்துவர்கள், முஸ்லீம்கள் அதிகமாக இருப்பதினாலும், அவர்கள் தொடர்ந்து மதம் மாற்ற வேலைகளில் ஈடுபடுவதால், பல நேரங்களில் சச்சரவுகள், மோதல்கள் ஏற்படுகின்றன.
போலித்தனமான நிகழ்ச்சிகள்: ஸ்பிலாஷ் 2011 (Splash 2011) என்பது கேரளாவில் சாதாரணமாக, சுற்றுலாத் துறையினால் நடத்தப் படும் விழாவாகும். இதில் பலதரப்பட்ட நிகழ்ச்சிகள் இருக்கும். ஆகவே, அத்தகைய பிரபலமான பெயரில் கிருத்துவர்கள் போலித்தனமாக, மதப்பிரச்சார நிகழ்ச்சிகளை நடத்துவது ஏமாற்று வேலையே ஆகும். மேற்க்கத்தைய இசைக்கருவிகள், ஆங்கிலப்பாட்டுகள், பெண்களை வைத்து பேச வைப்பது, பாட வைப்பச்து ஆட வைப்பது முதலியன கவர்ச்சிகரமான பிரச்சார யுக்திகளே ஆகும். அதைத்தான் இந்த அந்நிய மோசடி சக்திகள் செய்து வருகின்றன. மேலே இரண்டு புகைப்படங்களும் கொடுக்கப் பட்டுள்ளன.

KOCHI: With the US-based evangelist William Lee giving police the slip after breaking visa norms, the lack of sting in the Emigration Department and the police to keep a tab on people arriving with tourist visas and engaging in missionary activities is snowballing into a controversy.
This is the second time that police have caught people from the US for
attempting to� address the religious sermons which is prohibited according to emigration norms this year.
On June 13, 2011, three US women who had come on tourist visa were asked
to leave the country following complaints that they were trying to attend religious prayer sessions in the coastal area of Alappuzha.
According to police, such incidents occur mainly because these people don’t reveal their purpose of visit before the Emigration and Police departments. And there is lack of proper measure to monitor the movements of these people.
Mostly the Pastors based in the US visit Kerala for missionary purposes. It is only after any intelligence report we detain these people. The Emigration Department also have not taken any measure to monitor their activities in the country and leave everything on the Police department, a police officer said.
According to Assistant Kochi City Police� Commissioner M N Ramesh, there is an increase in the number of people coming to Kerala with tourist visa and engaging in missionary activities.
“We come to know about such incidents only when these people appear before the mass audiences. The smaller prayer meetings and conventions may go unnoticed. The information about such people are not passed to the police from the Emigration Department and we work by our own to detain them. It is mandatory for every tourist to register with the police and we have taken enough steps to curb such activities. But often they don’t reveal their real purpose of visit,” Ramesh said.
The emigration officials said that these people mainly arrive here in tourist visa and there is no provision to monitor them.
It is the police who have to check there purpose of visit. If anyone is suspected of breaking the visa norms, the police must give us directives to cancel the visa and deport them.
Meanwhile, it is speculated that William Lee may surrender before the Kochi First Class Judicial Magistrate on Saturday.
Assistant Commissioner Sunil Jacob said that the police are keeping a close watch on him and information are there that he has not left Ernakulam district. The police will arrest him before he surrenders at the court.
The organising members of the Musical Splash 2011 have also gone absconding and information has been sent to every police station in this regard.

Already, the watts-Dorothy couple have created revealing precedence in India, so that no authority might take any action against the Christian evangelists, but aid and abet for their safety exit from Imdia with all facilities. Otherwise, they know they would invite the wrath of Sonia Maino.
There have been many foreigners staying in India more than the visa-period say, one week, ten days and so on. In fact, 20-30 years, they have been here, even participating in many functions etc. How they could manage, from where they get money for their living etc., are not known to Indians. Yet,m they live here comfortably with all amenities, comforts and luxiries many times extended by the Indians themselves.

2. If this type of immunity is given, then, all other offenders like the ones – phedophiles, sex-absuers, violators, rapistrs and others would escape easily.
3. No more nuns could come out and expose corrupt Indian Church that tried to protect such sex-crime rapisrs, charge-sheeters etc.
4. Even if they study the crimes of the christian priests, bishops, pastors etc., of the last 30-20 years, many crimes could be found out and the culprits booked.

From “Faith Leaders” to “Proud Leaders” to “Fleeing Leaders”
The recently concluded “Faith Leaders Church of God” convention at Kochi, Kerala, christened “Music Splash 2011” is in the news for all the wrong reasons.
The people of Kerala woke up on Thursday, 13 October 2011, to read/watch a rather alarming news – “Lookout notice for US Evangelists”; “Detained US Pastor goes missing in Kochi.” Christians who had attended the three-day gospel meetings were embarrassed and confused.
News reports varied in detail. It was reported that the Kochi city police came to the meeting venue – the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium grounds – on the final evening to stop Rev. William A. Lee from preaching at this public meeting. Newspapers reported that Rev. Lee escaped from the stage after he sniffed trouble. Rev. Lee was on a tourist visa that did not permit him to preach at a public meeting. The police wanted to book him for violating this visa condition and to deport him. However, having found that he had fled the city without even reporting at his hotel, the police filed a “First Information Report” against him. They also intimated all airports in the country to prevent his flight from India. Having thus been cornered, latest reports suggest, Rev. Lee was willing to surrender before the Kerala police.

Unlike Rev. Lee, the internationally acclaimed singer Dr Ron Kenoly and his woman associate did not flee or abscond. They were allowed to leave India on Thursday without getting blacklisted or deported!
Interestingly, the “Faith Leaders” who invited Dr. Ron Kenoly and Rev. William A. Lee went underground. They switched off their mobile phones. The police were unable to contact them. (Even the FaithLeaders.org website seems to have pulled down some key pages that reveal information about their leaders!) So much for “faith leaders!”
The police however was in possession of Rev. Lee’s mobile phone number and made efforts to track him. There is an unconfirmed report that the Kochi City police have arrested Rev. Lee. If so, he will be blacklisted (along with Dr Ron Kenoly) and deported from India soon.
I am sure that the police in Kochi were aware of Rev. Lee’s stay in Kerala. It is reported that the police advised him to leave the country without preaching in any meeting. We don’t know if this is true. If true, then Rev. Lee and/or his hosts were bent on testing the Kerala Police. Both Rev. Lee and the organizers are responsible for shaming themselves and the Christians of Kerala. Rev. Lee should have known that he’s not allowed to preach in public meetings when he is in the country on a “tourist visa.”
Although it was reported that the Central Intelligence Bureau had informed the city police about Rev. Lee’s violation of visa conditions, I doubt whether the local police needed such inputs. Why would the city police need inputs from a federal intelligence bureau when the organizers of the “Music Splash” put up huge billboards in the city announcing the arrival of Rev. Lee and Dr Kenoly? The billboards shouted out loud that Rev William Lee would preach the Word. How could the organizers be so bold and presumptuous as to announce that an American on tourist visa would preach on “God’s Procedural Justice?” What an irony! Were the organizers testing God’s Procedural Justice or were they testing their money power, assuming that local law enforcers would look the other way? (Each of these billboards costs a fortune by Indian standards. It’s not just these billboards. There were other evidences that revealed the deep pockets of the organizers.)

The police in Kochi knew very well that Rev. Lee was on a tourist visa and that he was scheduled to preach at a public religious meeting. Yet, they looked the other way and let him preach for three days. What then forced the police to crack down Rev. Lee during the final hour on the final evening of “Music Splash 2011?”
On the final evening, as on the previous two nights, Dr Ron Kenoly sang worship songs and led the crowd in worship. Before Rev. Lee came on stage to preach, one bearded local pastor, came on stage and engaged in a vulgar exercise of boasting, to put it lightly. His speech implied that the Music Splash 2011 was a program designed and executed to highlight the glories of his relatively new denomination. It sounded like, “Look, we can do it without the help of any other denomination!”
This meeting was not about God’s glory or about the salvation of souls. The whole venue resembled a mini movie set. The expensive hoardings, state of the art photography, camera jib crane, dolly, high tech DJ-lighting, laser projectors, high-end sound system, the multi-million saloons, and the showcasing of “imported” preachers–these were all to show that “Faith Leaders Church of God” is a rich and powerful organization. No wonder these “faith leaders” did not team up with any other church or Inter-church fellowship in Kochi City or Kerala for “Music Splash 2011.”
Why else would this pastor say, “People who organize crusades in this land collect money from Christians. But, as you see here tonight, we do not even collect an offertory. We don’t come to you with a begging bowl.” (This is not a verbatim translation; this is the import of what he said.) This vulgar statement turned off the crowd. It was a cheap display of organizational wealth. I wish Dr. Ron Kenoly and Rev. William Lee knew Malayalam!
Our man wasn’t through yet. A few minutes before he spoke, policemen came to the venue and ordered the organizers to ensure that the meeting was over by 8:30 pm. Instead of silently complying with the directive, this arrogant pastor shouted out his folly, challenging the authority of the police. According to a senior pastor who was present in the meeting, the bearded local pastor said something to this effect, “Some time ago, a couple of policemen came here to tell us that the meeting should be wound up by 8:30 pm. I wish God would touch these men …” That was the last straw that broke the camel’s back. Within minutes, police teams arrived at the venue to pull up Rev. Lee on charges of violating his visa conditions. There were reports in the regional press that the police would initiate an inquiry into the organizer’s source of income to conduct such meetings.
Several websites reported that the Rev. Lee was absconding. However, for the past 12 hours, the media is relatively silent about the issue – except for random reports that Rev. Lee had fled Kerala state. Where could he have gone at night from Kerala? Could he have fled to the US Consulate in Chennai? That’s a wild guess. By the time the Kerala Police knew that Lee had fled, he must have been pulling the right strings at the right place! Even though it was reported that Rev. Lee would surrender before Kerala Police by Friday, there’s no sign of him. Press photographers and reporters waited at the Palarivattom Police Station till late in the afternoon to catch a glimpse of Rev. Lee. But today’s shroud over the whole episode suggests that there’s more here than what meets the eye!
This is a good lesson for preachers who intent to come to India. They should seek to be on the right side of the law – especially if they intend to preach in public meetings. Visa rules that place restrictions on Christian missionaries or preachers may be here to stay. There’s no use protesting against such discrimination unless the Indian Church rises unitedly to fight these funny rules.
If Rev. Lee indeed fled to the US Consulate in Chennai, he might have done a smart thing. But all preachers can’t do that. If he’d just stood his ground, the police would have politely taken him to his hotel and then deported him. Absconding! That’s the last thing a Christian preacher should do when he/she is caught on the wrong side of the law. Probably, Rev. Lee feared that he would be arrested and tortured or that his story would make another episode of “Jailed Abroad.”

It is surprising to note that J. RFajiv Robertson himself has accepted that it “……..has been a typical apologia of a Christian………….”.
Had William gone to American consulate in Chennai, how then the police are doing? Are they simply watching him going and coming out of the building there?
Or like Madani-arrest, are they stage-managing to help him out of the way, as they did reverse role, when the Karnataka police came to arrest Madani in Kerala!
Anyway, the Kerala ploice have been experts in playing double game. Of course, the top-brass police officers themselves have been aiding and abetting Madani like terrorists.

He addressed Christian convention despite police request
William Lee, the U.S.-based evangelist, who went into hiding after police spotted him violating visa norms by addressing a gospel convention in the city on Wednesday, was arrested and produced before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I here on Saturday. He was remanded in judicial custody till October 18.
Mr. Lee arrived on a multiple-entry tourist visa, which was valid till March 20, 2012.
Following information that he would be addressing the convention named ‘Musical Splash 2011,’ organised by the Thiruvalla-based Faith Leaders Church of God at the Jawaharlal Nehru International Stadium in Kaloor here, police officials landed at the venue and asked him not to do so.
Even though the organisers accepted the request, Mr. Lee addressed the gathering soon after senior police officials left the scene. When the police team reassembled, Mr. Lee left by the back entrance of the stage and managed to give the police the slip.
The police team rushed to the hotel where he was staying, but he had left by then. Subsequently, police registered a case at Palarivattom police station, under which the stadium came, against Mr. Lee and also against Roy Daniel, Daniel Mathew and James George, organisers of the show, on charges of abetment.
Three teams of the City Police were assigned to track the evangelist and organisers, who went missing immediately after the incident. The police finally traced Mr. Lee to a prominent city hotel by Saturday morning. He was arrested by 8.30 a.m. The three others, against whom cases have been registered, were still to be traced. Police sources said their mobile phones, one of which was a Singapore connection, remained switched off since the incident.
City Special Branch sources said the police have decided to clamp down on rampant violation of visa norms by preachers and evangelists. Quoting the visa regulation manuals, the sources said “visas should not be issued to preachers and evangelists who desire to come to India on propaganda campaign whether on their own or at the invitation of any other organisation in India.”
Preachers bypass this by coming on tourist visa and then address conventions. Even though the violations have been noticed and violators were often stopped from addressing meetings, this could be for the first time a case has been registered in connection with such an incident, a senior official with the City Special Branch said.
The Global Council of Indian Christians (GCIC) condemning the police action against Mr. Lee, stated that the moral policing, sectarian violence and the selective arrest of Christian evangelists demonstrated the failure of secular institutions in the country.
“GCIC appeals to all secular forces to see the grand designs of the fascist force corroding the roots of democratic India,” said Dr. Sajan George, President, GCIC in a release.

இவர்களை பிடித்து உள்ளே தள்ளினால் தான், மற்றவர்களுக்கு தகுந்த பாடமாக இருக்கும்.
ஆனால், கிருத்துவர்கள், இந்த ஆளிற்குப் பரிந்து கொண்டு பேசுவது, எழுதுவது, வக்காலத்து வாங்குவது முதலியன வேடிக்கையாக உள்ளது.
